Home Harbor Service Packages

        Basic Service Package: $550 per month

        This package includes up to 3.5 hours of scheduled services a week which can be

        used for your choice and/or combination of: laundry service, linen changes, weekly

        housekeeping, toileting assistance, and other checks or personal care needs

        scheduled. Resident must be ambulatory. It also includes a security escort button

        to wear, 24 hour staff availability, a secure environment, daily coffee, nightly trash

        removal, storage locker, exercise classes, use of the media center and computer

        stations, scheduled activities and use of the common areas. Security Escort

        Charges are billed in addition to this package. Basic Service package time cannot

        be used for Medication Management or Administration.

        Supportive Service Package: $1050 per month

        This package includes up to 7 hours of scheduled services a week which can be

        used for your choice and/or combination of: Laundry service, Linen changes,    

        weekly housekeeping, toileting assistance, escorts, personal cares, showering,

        dressing, grooming, stocking assistance, medication management and

        administration (amount of time allotted is set according to the number and

        complexity of your medications which is determined by Home Harbor) and other

        checks or personal care needs scheduled. Resident must be ambulatory. It also

        includes a security escort button to wear, 24 hour staff availability, a secure

        environment, daily coffee, nightly trash removal, storage locker, exercise classes,

        use of the media center and computer stations, scheduled activities, and use of the 

        common areas. Security Escort Charges are billed in addition to this package.

        Advanced Service Package: $2050 per month

        This package includes up to 14 hours of scheduled services each week which can

        be used for your choice and/or combination of: Laundry service, linen changes,  

        weekly housekeeping, medication management and medication administration             

        (amount of time allotted is set according to the number/complexity of your  

        medications which is determined by Home Harbor). It also can include toileting

        assistance, personal cares, showering, dressing, grooming, stocking assistance,

        and other checks or personal care needs scheduled. Resident must be ambulatory. 

        It also includes a security escort button to wear, 24 hour staff availability, a secure

        environment, daily coffee, nightly trash removal, storage locker, exercise classes,

        use of the media center and computer stations, scheduled activities, and use of the

        common areas. Security Escort Charges are billed in addition to this package.

        Comprehensive Service Package: $3,050 per month

        This package includes up to 28 hours of scheduled service each week which can be

        used for your choice and/or combination of: Laundry service, linen changes,                

        weekly housekeeping, medication management, medication administration

        (amount of time allotted is set according to the number/complexity of your

        medications and set by Home Harbor), toileting and transfer assistance, personal

        cares, showering dressing, grooming, stocking assistance, and other checks or

        personal care needs scheduled. A resident can be non ambulatory, but must be a

        one person transfer. It also includes a security escort button to wear, 24 hour staff

        availability, secure environment, daily coffee, nightly trash removal, storage locker,

        exercise classes, scheduled activities, and use of the common areas.

        Meal Package Options:

        Meal packages are NOT considered a service package and are not included in the

        service packages listed. These options can be selected and added on to whatever

        service package you have chosen.

            One meal daily: $225 per month

            Two meals daily: $400 per month

            Three meals daily: $585 per month

        Security Escort Service Costs:

        Having a Security Escort button to wear for emergency situations is included in            

        each of the packages we offer. When a resident pushes the button to request

        emergency assistance, there are additional charges incurred for each package.

        For each time security escort service is used to call staff for assistance, there

        is a minimum fee of $5. If the assistance exceeds 5 minutes of staff time,

        there will be $1 per minute in additional charges added on to the $5.

        This will be billed as a security escort call on the monthly invoice and is

        separate from the scheduled hours of service offered in the packages.

        Couples Charges:

        For those who are couples in our community, we request that you select a

        package suitable for your individual needs. All joint service time will be

        charged at .5 times the regular rate. Your services may be adjusted for the

        second person, and meals may be added on to your package as needed.

        complement each of you individually and accommodate your joint common
